Platform

One system for materials, inventory and production.

Modules that work independently and connect cleanly, so you can start where the pain is and expand without a rebuild.

Material Requirements Planning

Turn demand, on-hand inventory and lead times into a buy-and-build plan your team can actually execute.

  • Netting across demand, supply and safety stock
  • Lead-time and reorder-point driven planning
  • Planned order suggestions for purchasing and production
  • Exception messaging for late, early and short material

Inventory Control

Know what you have, where it is and what it is committed to — without a monthly reconciliation exercise.

  • Multi-location and bin-level tracking
  • Lot and serial traceability
  • Cycle counting and adjustments with audit history
  • Barcode / QR transactions

Bills of Materials

Multi-level BOMs that stay accurate as products, revisions and substitutions change.

  • Multi-level structures and phantom assemblies
  • Revision control and effectivity
  • Where-used and cost rollups
  • Engineering change visibility

Production Planning & Scheduling

Sequence work against real capacity instead of a spreadsheet that is out of date by Tuesday.

  • Work orders with material and operation detail
  • Finite and rough-cut capacity views
  • Schedule changes with downstream impact
  • Job status and completion tracking

Shop-Floor Execution

Capture what actually happened on the floor so planning has something real to work from.

  • Operation clock-in / clock-out and labor capture
  • Material issue and backflush
  • Scrap, rework and quality dispositions
  • Live production visibility for supervisors

Purchasing & Supplier Management

Convert planned demand into purchase orders and keep supplier performance in view.

  • Requisitions, POs and receipts
  • Supplier lead times and pricing
  • Receiving inspection and material review
  • On-time delivery history

Sales Orders & Demand

Feed real customer demand into planning, with promise dates you can defend.

  • Sales orders, releases and blanket orders
  • Available-to-promise visibility
  • Forecast and demand planning inputs
  • Order-to-shipment status

Data & Integration

Connect the systems you already run — accounting, CAD, EDI and barcode hardware.

  • Accounting integration
  • CAD / engineering data import
  • EDI transactions
  • Barcode and QR device support

FAQ

Common questions from manufacturers

Is XIXLogistics a freight or logistics company?

No. XIXLogistics is a manufacturing software company. The platform covers MRP, inventory control, bills of materials, purchasing, production planning, capacity planning and shop-floor execution for small and midsized manufacturers.

What size manufacturer is this built for?

Small and midsized manufacturers — typically companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools but do not want the cost, complexity or implementation burden of a large enterprise ERP suite.

Do we have to implement everything at once?

No. Most manufacturers start with materials planning and inventory control, then add purchasing, production scheduling and shop-floor execution as operations require.

What is the difference between MRP and ERP?

MRP is the planning function that determines what to buy and make and when. ERP is a broader business suite that may include finance, HR and CRM alongside manufacturing. Many manufacturers searching for ERP actually have a manufacturing planning and inventory problem.

Can it work with our accounting system?

Integration with accounting systems is supported, along with CAD data import, EDI transactions and barcode/QR hardware. Specific integrations are confirmed during evaluation.

How do we get started?

Request a demo. A conversation about your current operation, the questions you cannot answer today, and which capabilities would matter first is more useful than a generic product tour.
